Because all orders are carfully handmade and quality checked before dispatching unless your item is faulty we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange so please choose carefully.

If an item is faulty please email creationsbychloe1@hotmail.com to request a refund. A photo of the faulty item will be required before a refund is processed.
